Everything between booking and check-out

一Before you arrive

• Send a photo ID for every guest through Airbnb messages by the day before check-in. Non-Japanese guests need to send the passport photo page, uncovered.
• Tell the host your arrival time when you book. If it changes, let them know at least a day ahead.
• Booking on the day? Send the IDs right after booking.
• Minors who aren’t family members need a guardian’s ID. Minors can’t stay on their own.

二Checking in

• Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00 and fully self-service — follow the guide the host sends you on Airbnb.
• Arriving after 22:00 is possible, but late messages may only be answered the next morning, from 8:00.
• On holidays and busy weekends, cleaning can occasionally run past 16:00.

三During your stay

• Please keep noise down, especially after 20:00. The building is on a residential street.
• There is one towel per guest, and towels aren’t exchanged. The convenience store is a minute away for anything you run out of.
• Wi-Fi is a fixed line shared by the building, so speed varies by time of day.
• Unusually high electricity or water use is charged separately.
• Rooms are for accommodation only: no parties, events, business use, pets or smoking.

四Checking out

• Check-out is by 10:00.
• There is no luggage storage after check-out — use the coin lockers at Tenmabashi Station.
• Forgotten items are normally discarded, so check the room before you leave.

六Arriving in Osaka

1. Kansai Airport (KIX) 50–65 min

   JR to Tennoji → Tanimachi Line to Tenmabashi

2. Shin-Osaka (Shinkansen)

   Midosuji Line → Change to the Tanimachi Line → Tenmabashi

3. Kyoto Station

   JR to Osaka Station → Walk to Higashi-Umeda → Tanimachi Line to Tenmabashi

From Gion-Shijo in Kyoto, the Keihan line runs to Tenmabashi with no change.
